If you watch American Idol then you must have heard about about the new young gun singer David Archuleta. David is one of the top American Idol contestants this season and fans seem to love him. I did a little research on David Archuleta and found a great forum where you can find everything about David Archuleta including news, articles, pictures, music, videos and everything else you could think of. The David Archuleta Forum is one of the best I’ve seen so far and I highly recommend it if you like American Idol.

George Micheal although not having been on tour in seventeen years now will be making his last “25 Live” show to America this summer. The show begins in San Diego and will end in Fort Lauderdale after taking up most of the summer. He tells the news that he doesn’t want to be playing the big stadium shows and would love to perform only at small live shows. The first round of tickets are being sold as we speak so if you like George Micheal then nows your time to purchase tickets because it might be your last chance.

Well some may of believed it may of been lucky number three for Pamela Anderson but herself and husband Rick Solomon joined each other in an LA Superior Court on Friday. Both have been married three times in the past and Salomon is famous for having allegedly dating Paris Hilton. They both filed divorce papers citing the marriage was a fraud. Looks like both will need to move past lucky number three and try finding love again although I’m sure Pamela won’t have a problem with that.

With the remake of the famous “Beverly Hills 90210″ in progress the talk around the show lately is Tori Spelling. Tori Spelling was in the original 90210 as we all know and now she wants to come back for the remake but the producers haven’t offered her anything yet. The mom of one and soon to be two with one on the way I don’t think her priorities should be to play a part in the remake of 90210. Sure it would be great for her but she is pregnant and already has one child. I think she should be taking it easy for the time being and thinking of other things of more importance.

Paparazzi swarm the high school musical star Ashley Tisdale as she exits the LA Boutique. I wonder what it’s like having dozens of photographers always following you around looking for the next big picture, must be rough on someone so young although I would trade writing on blogs for movies any day haha.

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince is going to be the last Harry Potter movie ever and the movie is going to be split up onto two DVD’s because of the length. The movie is set to hit the theaters on November 21st 2008 and is going to be one of the most anticipated films of the year guaranteed. Daniel Radcliffe will be starring as Harry Potter as usual and Hermione and Ron Weasley will be played by Emma Watson and Rupert Grint again. The movie is expected to bring in a record setting amount of money and it should be interesting to see how it all turns out in November. Ellen Degeneres will be co-hosting the American Idol fundraiser which is named “American Idol Gives Back” and it’s set to air Wednesday April 9th 2008 at 7:30PM on Fox. This will be the first and most likely only time you will see Ellen Degeneres front and live on the American Idol stage although if Idol ever switches to dancing then she may have a shot. I’m just joking, but I do love the way she dances on her show to the music lol it makes me laugh every time. It should be an amusing evening for anyone with nothing better to do on a Wednesday and Ellen and Ryan should make quite the tandem. Make sure you tune in to watch it and let me know what you think of it after it airs. I will do a follow-up report if I have enough feedback.

Mariah Carey is being featured in the March edition of Assure which hits newsstands on March 25th 2008. The famous number one singer admits to not thinking highly of herself in the issue of Assure and tells the world she suffers from low self-esteem. Shes been married once to Tommy Mottola and pleads she will only marry again if the right person comes along who understands her emotionally and can connect with her. Should be a long shot but I wish her the best of luck in her search.

Anthony Minghella who earned an academy award in 1996 for directing the movie “The English Patient”, has passed away at the age of 54. Anthony’s death has been confirmed by his agent although no other details have been released yet. Anthony Minghella also worked on “The Talented Mr. Ripley” & “Cold Mountain”. Are prays and wishes go out to the Minghella family.

Paris Hilton was accompanied by Benji Madden to her MTV press conference Thursday night. These two have been long companions and are always being spotted together by the media and paparazzi. It’s good to see Paris behaving a little bit better though and I must admit its a pleasure sight to see her like that.
